What can you do with the GIF Maker?
The GIF Maker lets you turn multiple images or a short video clip into an animated GIF for chat stickers, social media posts, product demos or tutorial previews. With the frame list and video frame selector you can keep only the key moments instead of exporting a long, heavy GIF.
Common use cases include trimming a few seconds of a screen recording, combining product detail shots into a looping GIF, or creating short animation snippets to embed in blog posts and how‑to guides.
Recommended FPS, size and quality settings
For chat and social GIFs, a longest side around 320–480 px with a frame rate of about 10–15 FPS usually gives smooth motion with a small file size. A quality value in the middle range (for example 10–20 on the slider) is often enough; pushing it higher increases file size and processing time.
For product demos or website animations you can use larger dimensions, but try to keep the total duration short and, after generation, run the GIF through an optimization/compression tool so it remains under the upload limits of email, social platforms or Discord.
