Will the file-size limit change my selected dimensions?

No. This workflow reduces JPEG quality without reducing the selected pixel dimensions. If the limit cannot be met, it reports a failure rather than exporting a smaller substitute.

Does ImageWA verify government photo requirements?

Is my portrait uploaded?
